The attractive holiday resort Appolonia can be found in a peaceful part of Siófok, at a distance of 800 m from the lake, at a distance of 2 km from the centre of Siófok. The plot is ca.1900 m². Holiday house "Appolónia" and "Appolónia 2" are inside totally separated (in the twinhouse) Holiday house "Appolóina 3" and "Appolónia 4" are free standing buildings, only the large, nice garden with the brand-new children's playground and the pools are common for all the guests.

It consists of two, practical furnished housing units lying one above the other, which is ideal for 2-4 persons.

In the ground floor there are a kitchnette with living corner and a small shower/toilet. In the kitchnette there are according to the number of guests: plates, utensil, cutlery, electrical plate, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine.

The upper floor is the bedroom. (1doublebed with extra bed) The upperfloor is air-conditioned. Use of the air conditioning systems is on request against payment possible (only cost of electricity) A colour television set with satellite connection is available in the house also.

Holiday house "Appolonia 3" has own covered terrace with garden furniture before the house. Brand-new kid's pool, children's playground with swing, chute and sand box in the garden, 2 grill corners are in the garden. The pool with the outdoor shower, kid's pool, children's playground and grill corners are common for all guests. 1Car parking place is in the garden.
Pets unfortunately not allowed.

The owners are living in a separated part of the twinhouse, help with giving information for programmes. The owners are speaking German, English and Hungarian.

The prices are informative. Our prices are per day with a minimum stay about 1 week from Saturday to Saturday. (shorter stays - except main season - are possible on request.)

The price contains: using of water, gas, electricity, swimmingpool; kidspool, possibility of cooking, bed-linen. Air conditioning system and heating is extra.

Bail: 50.-EUR

Reservation (minimum)

- in the high season only from Saturday till Saturday 7 nights
- at other times 3 following nights (shorter period can be fixed by personal arrangement)

Number of guests

Our guests can take the dwellings up only with the indicated maximum (booked) number of persons. The extra beds are suitable both for adults and and for children aswell. During the reservation we can give you over it detailed information.


Cleaning

Cleaning and laundry change take place only with the rotation change. Bedlinen is made available. (with the longer stay the bedlinen each 2.week is placed, or according to desire however against payment possible.)


House rule

The house rule is to be kept,and to leave and the furnishings in that condition, how they are found.
During the reservation we can give you over it detailed information.


We recommend to carry

We recommend our guests to carry the following in the luggage: Towel, soap, rinsing tablet, table cloth, napkins, flashlight...


Arrival/departure

Our guests can take over the booked object after 15 o'clock on the day of the arrival.
The house on day of the departure must be vacated and delivered the keys to 10 o'clock.
