Unforgettable holiday in the heart of Siófok

The property is in the downtown of Siófok, on the Golden Shore in a green belt street that is parallel with the hotel line. It is 40 metres from the free sandy beach and 100 metres from the wonderfully built up main beach which meets all demands. A supermarket, a lot of restaurants and snack bars can be found in a distance of 100 metres. The city centre, railway station and the harbour are in a comfortable walking distance taking 5-8 minutes.

The holiday home is suitable for relaxing as it is in a quiet area on the other hand it takes only a one-minute walk to get into the summer hustle and bustle of the city.

This is a newly built holiday home consisting of 3 separate ground-floor apartments each with a private entrance. (The owners do not live here.)

The apartments can be booked from the first Saturday of June, from Saturday to Saturday also for more than one week.

The apartments include: a dining room with a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, 2 rooms, separate entrance to the balcony. The furniture is modern and practical, the rooms are with parquet floor.

Equipment: cable TV, fridge, gas cooker, coffee maker, pots and pans, garden furniture and grill, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and air conditioning.

Parking facility for 1 car/apartment.
