Holiday house "D" was at the beginning of 2005 nearly completely renovated (except for the 3 bathrooms)
New: -in the kitchen-dining-corner: modern gas cooker, refrigerator,
brand-new dishwasher, brand-new table and seat corner set
(wood) for comfortable sitting and eating
-on the terrace: brand-new table and seat set (wood)
-brand-new floor tile in the complete house (room, kitchen, passage)
-the whole house is completely white painted
-partial furniture changes in the bedrooms
-brand-new rolling shutter on each window

It consists of two practical furnished housing units lying one above the other, which is ideal up to 12 persons. We recommend our flat especially for families with children. In the house there is a central gas heatingsystem. Heating is on request against fee possible (only gas costs) Holiday house "D" (110 m²) can be rent only as a whole. (not possible by rooms)

In the ground floor there are a kitchen with an eating corner, 2doublerooms and 2 shower/toilet. There is also a washing machine in the bigger bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with enough plates, utensil, cutlery, gas cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave oven. 2 colour television sets with satellite connection are available in the house also.

In the upper floor there are 2doublerooms, and 1living-bedroom with max. 4extrabeds possibility (2beds and 1pool out couch) and 1shower/toilet.

Holiday house "D" has 2 own covered terrace with garden furniture before and beside the house. Before the house there is also an own sun terrace with couches and sun screen. Brand-new kid's pool, children's playground with swing, chute and sand box and 2 grill corners are in the garden, The pool with the outdoor shower, kid's pool, children's playground and grill corners are common for all guests. Max 2-3 car parking places are in the garden. Pets unfortunately not allowed.

The owners are living in a separated part of the twinhouse, help with giving information for programmes. The owners are speaking German, English and Hungarian.

Bail: 150.-EUR

The prices are informative. Our prices are per day with a minimum stay about 1 week from Saturday to Saturday. (shorter stays - except main season - are possible on request.)

The price contains: using of water, gas, electricity, swimmingpool; kidspool, possibility of cooking, bed-linen. Air conditioning system and heating is extra.

Bail: 150.-EUR

Reservation (minimum)

- in the high season only from Saturday till Saturday 7 nights
- at other times 3 following nights (shorter period can be fixed by personal arrangement)

Number of guests

Our guests can take the dwellings up only with the indicated maximum (booked) number of persons. The extra beds are suitable both for adults and and for children aswell. During the reservation we can give you over it detailed information.


Cleaning

Cleaning and laundry change take place only with the rotation change. Bedlinen is made available. (with the longer stay the bedlinen each 2.week is placed, or according to desire however against payment possible.)


House rule

The house rule is to be kept,and to leave and the furnishings in that condition, how they are found.
During the reservation we can give you over it detailed information.


We recommend to carry

We recommend our guests to carry the following in the luggage: Towel, soap, rinsing tablet, table cloth, napkins, flashlight...


Arrival/departure

Our guests can take over the booked object after 15 o'clock on the day of the arrival.
The house on day of the departure must be vacated and delivered the keys to 10 o'clock.
